What Do I Look for WHEN BUYING APPLIANCES?

Do I GET Warranty ON SALES AND REPAIRS?

All sales and repairs carry six month warranty. let us help you know better by contacting us via phone or come to our store for best deals and advise on warranty. 

CALLOUT FEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!

Is there a call-out fee? Yes, there is. Our call-outs and inspections don’t hurt but they can cost – this means that there is a fee that we, sadly, have to charge to cover the expenses of travel and the most valuable commodity – time. This call-out fee is only charged if you decide not to accept the technician’s quotation. The call-out fee for most of Johannesburg and Suburb areas is R500. If your area of residence doesn’t fall in this category, we will notify you of the difference prior to coming out.

how long does it take when i request for a callout?

The very moment a call is made, we do not wait for long. The technician assigned for your job respond with an hour or two when a call is made. We all also make sure you are happy with our service before we leave the site. Our technician will always call you before coming out to your premises so that you can carry on with your normal day. Upon inspection, you will be presented with a suggestion on the course of action and the estimated cost of the repair. Should you accept, the technician will do his magic and your appliance will be sorted out in no time. Most of the time the repair can be performed right then and there. In the lesser instances where a part would need to be required, we have access to a very wide network of spare part suppliers.
